Run Reports from ColdQuest Dashboard

Like many other systems on the market, ColdQuest uses simple 'low' and 'high' temperature thresholds to generate straight forward 'Alerts', which tells the client as soon as the minimum or maximum temperature threshold in the cooler/freezer has been breached. However, this often leaves the client with very little time to respond before goods are damaged or spoiled (especially temperature sensitive goods).

What ColdQuest has done, therefore, is to develop sophisticated algorithms (which were patented in 2018, and are built into the hardware of the device), which in essence allows each device to 'learn' the unique temperature profile of a given cooler/freezer.

 

As soon as the temperature in that cooler deviates from its expected profile, ColdQuest sends a special type of Alert called an 'Early Warning' to the client, notifying them that something strange is going on with that cooler.

We have found that this gives clients significantly more time (often hours, instead of minutes) to respond to an impending problem.
